One of the reasons why I LOVE winter is because I personally have better skin during this time of the year and it seems to glow plus in contrary, less likely to grease than in summer! ♥

Outfit of the Day - 25.11.12

My outfit was super simple today....
Went out for lunch with my family today. laying back for Sunday! :)

Saw this Uni Qlo (yesss....you heard it right~) knitted tunic in Taipei last week and I really liked the cutting. Sometimes I think that people do not have to spend a lot to look fashionable or chic♥ This tunic would look really nice with some funky and big necklaces too!

Look of the day - 19.11.12

If you have liked my Facebook page, then you should already knew that I was in Taipei during the weekend. The trip was really laid back and relaxing. Basically, we have stayed in the city for 4 days and went to Beitou for hot spring the first day we arrived.

If any of you will be visiting Taipei soon then I definitely recommend this place! It's a Japanese restaurant at Regent Taipei called 'Mihan Honke'! Fresh and good food! yumm X

Dessert from Mihan :) the tofu was also really good! dont miss that!

This was our first dinner of the trip.... The food was unexpectedly good as well! Especially the lobster with urchin risotto at the top right hand corner! (my blog is starting to sound like a food blog instead....we should get back on track hahahahaa)

Ordered these black suede platforms from one of my favourite shoe brands, Jeffrey Campbell! They are for my cousin's wedding which I will be singing at!

The selling point of the design would be these stars detailing! GGGGorgeous!!!

OhMyGod@Woodhouse TST

Dropped by 'OhMyGod' at Woodhouse today and bought 2 FW items :)

OhMyGod is owned by one of Hong Kong's most famous fashionista, Hilary Tsui, together with her fellow partner Dorothy Hui. Hilary first started selling her designs (OMG items) in her select shop Liger, the brand transformed into its own store at the beginning of July 2012. Other global brands which Liger carries and sells are also found in the store, for instance: P.A.M., Plotz, Chalayan etc....

This green cashmere sweater is a crossover item of Liger and Hilary's friend Johanna Ho, they named the collection 'XPink', X meaning there could be infinite possibilities of colours and combinations and the reason why the ladies have put pink in the brand name is simply because their passion in the colour.

The material is really comfortable and they come in lots of appealing colours too!

Below is the black faux leather dress from Flea Madonna's F/W2012 collection, you can't really see the remarkable cutting from the photo but it looks 10 times better in reality and I instantly fell in love with it once I have tried it on in the shop.

My Tights Collection! (Part 1)

I am a total tights addict. No jokes, colourful or playful patterned tights never fail in instantly drawing my attention. A lot of people think that they are very hard to match with outfits but if you are not confident in 'mix 'n' match'-ing colours and patterns together, I would strongly recommend pairing them with a completely black outfit, it would still look really nice and the tights will even stand out more!

'House of Holland' and 'Les Queues de Sardines' are both in my list of favourite tights brands, but to be honest, 'Les Queues de Sardines' isn't cheap at all for tights and other hosiery so if you are looking for more reasonable-priced brands or you just don't want to spend this much on these fashion accessories, I think ASOS and TOPSHOP are both great places to browse for nice tights, as well.

In the collage above, I have taken photos of part of my collection and the following are my favourites out of this proportion♥

A locally based brand which I personally like a lot!

To start off with this blog, I would love to share with you all a brand called 'Forchen Fortune', it was founded by a Guangzhou-nese lady called Janet. Janet was raised up in Hong Kong, she got deeply inspired by the trend since a young age and is very passionate about fashion. She is now the mother of her little girl, Sophie.
